Spencer has been an Associate at VRG Capital, a Toronto-based family office specializing in Private Equity, since graduating from Queen’s University in 2020.

During his tenure, he has been involved in numerous high-value transactions, including IPOs, private placements, M&A deals, and debt raises, totaling over $200M.

He brings strong expertise in capital markets to VRG Asset Management and is focused on spearheading strategic initiatives to expand the fund's investor base while supporting daily trading operations.

In addition to his professional commitments, Spencer also serves as a committee member for the Gatsby Gala benefitting St. Michael’s Foundation.
